Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations made with at least 12 hours' notice are eligible for a credit towards a future booking. The credit will be applied in the amount of the original reservation and can be used within a 12-month period.

If you arrive home earlier than scheduled, no refund will be provided. If you arrive later than expected, additional fees may apply. Thank you for taking me into consideration. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you and your furry friend(s) soon.

Things To Know

We always offer a free Meet & Greet to new potential clients. It gives everyone a chance to get to know each other and share pet care instructions. It allows us to connect with your dog and make sure he/she has a successful experience.

Meet & Greet

We're happy to provide care for injured dogs or those with special medical or health needs including oral & injectable medication at no additional cost. We're also CPR certified for dogs.

Senior Dogs & Special Needs

For the safety of your pet, your pet must be current on all vaccines. Having your pet vaccinated is the best and least costly way of preventing disease.
